ArcelorMittal Seamless Pipes Plant

Description and Scope of Work: ArcelorMittal is the largest steel producer in the world. The company is headquartered in Luxembourg . ArcelorMittal Jubail is a state-of- art facility to produce Seamless Pipes that would have a capacity of 600,000 tons per year. About two thirds of its capacity will be used for tubes in the oil industry oil-country tubular goods (OCTG), for which Saudi Aramco will be the main customer. OCTGs comprise pipe and tube products used in the petroleum industry, such as drill pipes, pipe casings and oil pipes. The remaining capacity will be used to manufacture line pipes. ACC is assigned the task of designing and supervising the Jubail plant.

Egyptian Holding Company Silos development
Client: Egyptian holding Company for Silos & Storage
Location: Various Locations, Egypt
Description and Scope of Work: Egyptian Holding Company of Silos and Storage is a governmental entity which manages all wheat silos around the country. The company decided to develop and rehabilitee 10 existing silos sites around Egypt. ACC is assigned by the Egyptian holding company the scope of designing and supervising the required enhancements including new laboratory buildings, Weighting bridges and sampling buildings in addition to site general enhancements.

Nagaah Hamadi Storage
Client: Egyptian holding Company for Silos & Storage
Location: Qena , Egypt
Description and Scope of Work: Nagah Hamadi silo is one of the main storage facilities for wheat in upper Cairo area. ACC is assigned the development of the existing silo site including adding supporting facility and fencing. The scope also includes conducting a fire study for the site and designing the required MEP networks for the existing silos and warehouses to comply with NFPA Codes and Egyptian civil defense standards.

Cargill Soya Beans Plant Expansion
Client: Cargill-Egypt
Location: Borg Al-Arab, Alexandria, Cairo
Description and Scope of Work: Cargill soy bean plant expansion is to increase the capacity of the existing plant and double the oil output from the facility Acc is assigned several design tasks in the plant expansion project which includes structural design review, design of relief panels enclosure and natural lighting study for the plant interior.

AlSafy Danone Factory

Location: AlKharj, KSA
Description and Scope of Work: Al Safy Danone is one of the leaders in the Saudi food and beverage industry. Al Safy Danone is one of the main market suppliers for dairy and other food products. The scope of work for ACC is to design and develop the drainage system of Al Kharj plant in addition to reviewing the existing firefighting system and designing a new firefighting system for the plant interior and exterior site based on the NFPA and Saudi Civil Defense local codes.

Cargill Philadelphia Plant
Client: Cargill / Provimi (Joint Venture)
Location: Qastal, Jordan
Description and Scope of Work: Philadelphia plant expansion is an expansion to the current Cargill animal feed plant in the city of Qastal , Jordon. The expansion will significantly increase the plant production. ACC is assigned by Provimi-Cargill Jordan to provide the project engineering design, 3D models and animation videos in addition to performing all project management and safety activities during construction.

Mefsco Dora Dora Project

Client: Cargill / Arasco (Joint Venture)
Location: Al Kherj Industrial City ,KSA
Description and Scope of Work: The “Dora Dora” project is a brown field expansion project. This plant produces native starch and sweeteners. Starch production is 130 MT/day and Glucose production is 100 MT/day . The project scope is to increase the existing plant production to more than double current production. ACC Scope of work is the engineering design and site supervision for the new construction.

Arasco Al Kherj Feed Mill Expansion Projects

Description and Scope of Work: Arasco is a leading food Manufacturer in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Arasco’s expansion plan to increase feed production capacities and storage capacities at Dammam & Al Kharj . Al Kharj Feed Mill is scheduled to increase a total of 1,000,000 MT/ Annum of the total production with a plan to double the production in the near future. ACC is assigned by Arasco the task of designing and supervising the new plant expansion.

Dammam Port Silos Project

ElDekhela Port Crane Rails

Location: El-Dekhela port, Alexandria, Egypt
Description and Scope of Work: The Project entails the rehabilitation and replacement of the current rail way and crane system for Cargill unloading dock in Dekhela port of Alexandria.
ACC is assigned the scope of designing the new rail system and all related structural works in addition to supervising the contractor work and managing the whole process while accommodating that the port dock shall operate during the periods of construction.
