On its road to achieve its mission statement of delivering quality consultancy services , ACC has realized that it needs a strong internal system that is responsive to its operational needs and ultimately delivers customer satisfaction.
ACC believes and is committed to sustaining this internal system.
The internal system was imposed and is proudly perceived as evolutionary. It is a system that is nourished by the fruit of the experience of ACC personnel during their tenor with the company as well as their experiences acquired with other respectable organizations. It is also flavored with progressive ideas who are always keeping pace international construction business that are both novice and innovative. The system design , besides being organic , provides flexibility to face and pro-act to situations with a problem solving approach that ultimately steers the company to success.
The Health, Safety and Welfare of employees are of prime importance to ACC and are essential to the efficient operation of its undertaking.
The responsibility for safe work rests upon all sectors of operations and management. ACC ensures that its policy is pursued through the organisation. ACC takes all reasonably practicable precautions to ensure the health, safety, and welfare at work of its employees by providing:
• A safe working environment by design, construction, operation, and maintenance of all plant, equipment, and facilities.
• Safe systems of work, as set out in the technical extensions of the ACC policy.
• Adequate instruction, information training, and supervision.
• Control of all situations likely to cause damage to property and equipment, as set out in the technical extensions of the ACC policy.
• Effective facilities for the treatment of injuries, which may occur at work.
• Effective fire prevention and fire control procedure, as set out in the technical extensions of the ACC policy.
• Adequate facilities for consultation between management and employee representatives.
• The making of such tests, examinations, samples, and records as are necessary to monitor the working environment.
ACC expects employees to conform to its policy and to exercise all reasonable care for their own health & safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts or omissions. The overall responsibility of health, safety, & welfare of the Company and its personnel is vested in the CEO .
The Company gives full backing to its policy and its safety officers, whose function shall be to monitor and operate the policy, and will support all those who endeavor to carry it out.
